Amh 3.28 ng/pl but only 2 follicles at AFC?

3.28 equals about 23 in metric I believe

scan showed possible endometrioma on left ovary with no follicles, 2 on right

can I do Ivf??

Hey, I dont see why you cant your afc can also change from month to month so maybe have it done again and see if number has changed at all. My amh is around 6.7 pmol last I checked and I have a afc usually around 10. Remember it only takes one healthy egg I know it can be dissapointing but whilst you can still produce eggs you still have a chance of getting pregnant weather that is naturally or ivf. Maybe just book a consultation an get some advice they have lots of different protocols for different people. Stay positive.
