FET 5DT when did you get a positive?

Just had my transfer and I’ve always been an early tester, I just find it helps prepare me for what’s to come!
when is the earliest you got a positive if you tested early? And those who saw a negative when did it change from positive to negative?

Oh I’m so sorry @Peonies94 😞 I don’t by any means want to give you false hope but it isn’t completely unheard of to still get a bfp at this point. Maybe try again in a couple of days just to be sure. I hope you have been able to be kind to yourself this evening and do something nice. X

@Firsttime2023 thank you, I’ll obviously keep meds up etc but definitely feel like this time isn’t to be! How are you doing?

@Peonies94I am ok! I was feeling quite positive this morning as I woke up and had a dizzy spell which I haven’t had so far so was feeling optimistic something might be happening but I think it’s just the progesterone now, as I’m having really bad cramps as we speak 😞 I know lots of people get cramps but these are so bad, it’s just easing now but i feel like I’m out.
How are you feeling today? X

@Firsttime2023 it really is impossible to tell from symptoms! It’s so hard isn’t it! Everything that could be a pregnancy symptom could also be progesterone etc!
so negative again for me, I’m only 3 days from test date now and used a FRER so I know it’s accurate now, although I have known for days really!

@Peonies94yes this is definitely the worst bit, all the anxiety over whether I will get any eggs and whether they will fertilise, that feels easy in comparison to this wait!
I am sorry this round hasn’t worked for you 😞 do you have a plan for the next steps or will you take a little break? Sorry if that’s too soon for you, I’m just a massive overthinking and planner and even though I don’t know the outcome of this round I already have the next one planned in my head 🤦🏼‍♀️
My official test date isn’t until 4th which is 14dp5dt but I am going to test this weekend and then do a final one on the 4th 🤞🏼

@Firsttime2023 ill have an appointment with my consultant in a couple of weeks and guess we’ll make a plan then! I hope it’ll be November cycle 🤞🤞

@Peonies94I am also out 😞 negative for me this morning at 8dp5dt. It’s so difficult because my partner is very much like “there could still be a chance the clinic told us not to test until day 14” but I know that chance is so low and would rather start protecting my heart now. I don’t want to burst his bubble though but it’s hard to hear. Hope you’re doing ok x

@Firsttime2023 i could have wrote this at 8dpt too!! My husband was exactly the same! I showed him a thing that explained that there’s basically 1% chance! It’s awful though isn’t it! I’m so sorry! Do you have any more on ice? Sending hugs!
I definitely found it helped me protect myself not living in hope for 2 weeks but also found it hard to continue the meds by day 10! I obviously carried them on just to be sure though! I now need to make contact with my clinic Monday to tell them and I’m dreading the conversation!

@Peonies94yep so difficult, I’ve given myself today to cry and be angry but going to try and pick myself up tomorrow. It’s dawned on me that this was my last chance to have a baby in my 30’s as well, which might sound silly but that’s a difficult pill to swallow for me.
luckily we have 2 more on ice which I am so so grateful for. Did you have any to try again?
I agree I am really resenting the progesterone pessaries right now 😫 I just want to stop so that my cycle can start but obviously I won’t.
