Sudden lack of response to letrozole

just trying to find anyone that has had a sudden lack of response to meds that used to work for them and now having a thin lining. I’m prepping for a FET but my lining is really really thin but it used to thicken up lovely! I had had an operation for ovarian torsion but nothing to my actual uterus. I am worried about endometritis though as a possible cause?

had anyone anything similar? Causes and solutions?

Is there anything else your clinic can give you to help with the thickening of your uterus? Im not really helpful sorry but thought id bump your post in hopes someone has answers for you. Id definitely talk to your clinic and ask them to try something else.
