Letrozole without monitoring

Has anyone self prescribed Letrozole and tried it for infertility without a doctor or monitoring? Is it safe to do so?

I don't think you'll be able to purchase letrozole without a doctor's involvement? It's a prescription medication.

I have taken letrozole unmonitored but it was prescribed by a doctor and they were satisfied that I could take it unmonitored based on my history.
