Hi, We are about to start out second round of IVF after being referred because of poor sperm quality. The first round had 9 eggs, 5 fertilised but all poor quality, they think now due to the eggs, and no success. Just before the egg collection they found a 5cm and 3cm cyst on my ovaries. I had another scan and they have stayed the same but they have found signs of mild endometriosis now. The doctor has said that they recommend trying again with no changes to the process or extra treatment. Does anyone have a similar experience or know of any additional treatments that may help us? We are feeling quite lost at the moment as we just seem to be getting worse news each time. I'm 36.
