Has anyone has treatment here, particularly NHS but just generally. Freaked out seeing some negative reviews on Google. But also some positive.

If anyone looks at this in the future and interested in timescales - my first appointment is 8 weeks after GP submitted referral which was much much faster than I expected.

Nervous for first appt and hoping it is helpful - I’ve had some tests already so not sure whether all will be repeated or what they’ll suggest

Maybe depends on how recently they were done

That’s great @worldwidetravel2017, congrats!

Congrats @worldwidetravel2017 do you mind me asking how many attempts it has taken? I appreciate we are likely completely different but it’s just nice to know that it does work!

That sounds totally understandable.

I’ve had two chemicals and so I don’t feel excited about getting a positive test and anticipate if I do become pregnant it will be fraught with anxiety, unfortunately.

Yep
Was NHS funding
Although mine was a little different as i I qualified for ' exceptional funding '

We chose to privately add on pgta testing

We had funding applic go in , in oct.
Decision was dec but would of been earlier decision, if all paperwork had been sent

Had some bloods feb / march

Ivf started April

Pgta testing May

Fet was june..

We were given a drug to try @ clinic last summer too

Depends on your situ as to if youll go straight to IVF etc

Wisteria25 · 17/09/2025 19:32

I’m trying letrozole with them first - doctor thinks helping ovulation might be enough, although I’m not that hopeful, but I think that’s just what ages TTC does to you. If not I imagine it’ll be IVF!

We were advised to get private hyfosy
After 3 failed letrozole cycles

Private hyfosy showed tubes blocked

( even tho they were not blocked year before when we had miscarriage)

I am literally waiting on my first contact from them which they have said will be this week! NHS funded IVF with PGT-SR due to my chromosome abnormalities.

They've said only the big appointments are at the main clinic (first tests/consultation, egg collection, transfer) and the scans can be done more locally. They also have a relationship with a scanning company who have even more locations which is a huge help, can't remember the name of that brand I'm afraid but once I've spoken with them I'll update if you'd like.

Haha don't worry!

So I went with TFP because I am having PGT and there's only 4 centres in the UK for me to choose from. So I can only really advise from this side as my referral went to the PGT coordinator at TFP. But referral was put it by my genetic counsellor on 10th October, and got confirmation last week that I'd hear from the PGT coordinator this week.

If you want to follow up, or check on your referral or funding status, I'd drop them an email or call direct to the centre via the website into. Every time I've spoken to them or emailed them they've been super responsive and helpful.

Seen Fertility have some reviews on them

Wisteria25 · 13/01/2026 20:00

hello, reviving this to ask - anyone who has had NHS IVF with them, what were the timescales from applying for funding?

If by any chance anyone did letrozole first, would they start the ball rolling whilst still doing letrozole or do you finish that then have to wait for another appointment to discuss IVF?

Hope all is still going well for you @worldwidetravel2017 ☺️
