Did anyone push a pram after FET and still get pregnant?

i have a 3yo and today whilst going to the park with my toddler I realised that I’m actually raising my heart rate and breathing rate a little, there’s some small hills im going up. I guess I’ve never noticed it before because I’ve never paid attention. I’m not by any means out of breath or in discomfort, I walked (whilst pushing a heavy pram) for 30ish mins. I’d count it as moderate exercise. 1dp5dt.

Did anyone else do this and get pregnant?

Not yet had an FET (waiting for pgt) but if anything i think the increased blood flow from a bit of light exercise will be good for uterus. You werent doing heavy lifting so i would think its fine. I will have no choice but to carry around and run after my toddler after my fet too.

Good luck 💜

@Timetotryagainyeah exactly, I don’t want to suddenly start being a terrible mum to my child, refusing to go anywhere or do anything…
hoping it’s not messed anything up

I just went around my daily life as normal and mine worked. I did lift heavy shopping at one point and was afraid that might have ruined things.. it’s so easy to overthink things but there is no point. My clinic just gave me a list of things to avoid I followed that. It didn’t mention moderate/light exercise. I think swimming was mentioned.

@TheIceBeardo you remember if anything like pushing (pram? Other objects?) or lifting toddlers (not that I’ve lifted her, but I’ve pushed her, and I doubt the list will mention “pushing toddlers” 😂)

Not a FET but fresh transfer with a 2 year old who wasn’t a good walker due to a medical condition. It’s easier said than done, but try not to overthink it, they tell you to continue your normal activities other than swimming, hot baths & heavy lifting. Good luck!

Try not to overthink it. I’m currently 3 weeks away form giving birth to my second, I didn’t stop lifting my toddler or her pram even in the days after my FET. Think of all the women with several children doing it all the time. If it’s meant to stick it’ll stick. Good luck!

@desperatelytryingforno2 it didn’t mention lifting things or pushing prams or anything like that. Try not to overthink everything it’s outside your control.

I pushed my big pram 2 miles onto town and back the day after my FET, and am pregnant now. I've had two previous losses so there's no guarantee it'll sticks around but that's not related to the pram!
