What progesterone levels do clinics expect on the day of FET?

I’m doing a natural cycle FET (as in, I ovulated) with some lubion x2 per day, cyclogest x2 per day and 2x lumeon per day.

My clinic does a blood test just before my FET but realistically the results come in at the very end of the day, so they won’t be able to adjust dosage until the next day…

I’ll ask them to send the results to me. Just spoke to a nurse on the phone and she talked a load of jibberish (the nurses at my clinic aren’t the most competent) “if your progesterone levels aren’t good, we’ll ask you to come in for another blood test in 48h and by then they’ll be good probably” and in response to me asking what level they expect “100” was the response, when probed “a 100 what?” she responded with “units or percent”. Huh?!! This isn’t the first time the nurses told me things that don’t add up, contradict things said by previous nurses or formed sentences that make no sense.

So hoping this online community helps me figure out what we’re looking for and what normally happens when they test progesterone on the day of FET.

I think 35nmol on day of transfer. Mine was 33 and had to add in prolutex. Already on crinone, duphaston and cyclogest. Will get it rechecked when I do my beta although they seem pretty confident it'll be fine and no need to do it before then. Crinone and cyclogest don't show up that well in blood as they work on the uterus first. I think they like it to be above 70nmol by the time of Beta.

Hi, while I think the cut off for ‘low progesterone’ is 30nmol, mine was >190nmol on day of FET so I worried it was too high, when I queried this they said they actually like it to be over 100nmol ideally anyway. I was on x2 cyclogest and x2 lubion for my progesterone support. I’m not sure what lumeon is?

Mine was 85nmol/L the day before and they were happy with that. I am on 3 cycolgest and 1 lubion. No adjustments were made. When I look online, it says over 100nmol/L isnt good until after FET, but clinics are all different.

So after panicking that my progesterone might be too low on FET day, it’s now >170nmol/L (which is >50ng/ml) so I’m worried it’s too high.

Anyone have success with such high progesterone on FET day?
