This was a big concern for me but in the end the only time I actually needed off was for EC and I called in sick for the day. Aside from that, my clinic was open from 7am for monitoring scans/bloods during stims so I went on my way into work. For the transfer, my appt was late afternoon so I was able to leave work a little early and said I had a dr appt. Speak with your clinic and see how they work and take it from there.
