8 weeks pregnant (FET) symptoms gone and stomach bug

I didn't have many symptoms but I had sore boobs which have now disappeared and my stomach is completely flat. I'm on day2 of a horrible stomach bug and I have sickness and diarrhea every few hours. I had a scan at 7 weeks and all ok.

I'm just worried something is wrong now. Anyone experienced anything similar and been ok?

Symptoms can come and go in pregnancy it doesn't mean anything is wrong and if you have previously had a scan and the baby had a heartbeat it is even less likely to be anything wrong, when I was pregnant I always had different experiences with each pregnancy sometimes no symptoms and sometimes all of them but I have 4 children all were successful pregnancies, you may have lost a bit of weight due to the sickness bug and that will also be masking any pregnancy symptoms you have also

i am pregnant after ivf. This is my second pregnancy and I didn’t really have any bump until well into the second trimester. I had a horrible vomiting and diarrhoea bug at around 14 weeks for 24 hours and was worried but everything was ok after it. I am almost in third trimester now. I remember thinking stomach seemed flatter after it as well.. it was mainly bloat at that stage but the bug obviously caused the bloating to reduce a bit. I would contact gp or midwife if you are on day 2 if you can’t keep anything down and you are worried about being dehydrated. I hope you feel better soon, it’s so crap being sick like that.
