Ttc naturally with unexplained infertility

Hello 🙋‍♀️ I couldnt find a thread for those ttc naturally on the infertility section, thought it would be nice to chat to others in a similar boat. 🙂

We have been ttc for more than 2 years now, with 2 mmc at the start of this time, and nothing since.

Tests have been normal for us both...not sure what/if there are going to be any next steps as it isn't our first child and we wouldn't be paying privately for anything but am waiting for an hsg appointment.

So I tested this morning at 10dpo but I peed directly on to the test and I assumed it was faulty as the control line was faint however I have gone back to look at the test since (over an hour passed) and the the control line has finally developed and so has a test line. Do coloured evap lines happen on FRER? Me and hubby feel like a trip to a pharmacy is needed. It is like the test took ages to develop as I peed straight on to it rather than dipped it. Oh god I don’t know!! I know there are Evaps but that seems like a very strong second line? 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 definitely a pharmacy trip! (I’m just imagining the bridget Jones scene where she’s trying to buy a pregnancy test abroad, I’m sure it’s much simpler in real life)

Looks like the FRER was an evap or false positive as I bought a test in Cyprus which claims to be an early testing pregnancy test and it was negative

Hi @Mummysparrow did you end up retesting at home on a different test to see if it was positive? That looked like a great line on your first test.

@Ladyinpink1 I didn't end up retesting and my period turned up on Wednesday so now cd3 😖

Aww no, how cruel when you get your hopes up with the test. I'm so sorry. That looked like a great line too. How are you feeling now? ❤️
