Anyone having IVF treatment soon at the Evewell?

I had IVF at Evewell, and I am now expecting a baby in th summer.

I still have some unopened medication probably worth a few thousand £. Please DM me if you are interested. I have medication both for egg retrieval and FTE.

The reason I specify Evewell is that I had treatment at different clinics, and they tend to use different drugs.

I am having IVF at the Evewell and they have been HORRIFIC- the actual doctor is lovely but the client care is just beyond horrendous which is strange given their mission statement

I know what you mean - the consultants, nurses and embryologists are great! The so-called "Patient Support" team and the accounts team I can't say the same. Especially a woman called Emma, I think she's actually a partner at the Evewell, she's just horrendous.

That said, sadly I don't think this is just Evewell's problem. I've gone through 3 clinics, and the admin side was always bad.

I had the best IVF results at the Evewell, and I did get pregnant, so I'd still recommend them.

I have found their client care just HORRENDOUS which is hilarious given the way they sell themselves as a different fertility clinic. They treated me with zero respect or compassion. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This is a very interesting topic. Thank you all for sharing. I am considering going with the Evewell in Hammersmith. However, waited over 10 days for a treatment plan with quite unclear costs. Then, awaited a call and no one called for the treatment nurse and no one called. BUT the results seems to be positive. Great to get anyone’s thoughts?

Their customer care has been pretty horrendous- I have moved to Avenues

I've been really happy with the Evewell so far! I had a successful egg retrieval and waiting for my first frozen transfer next month. It's definitely expensive, but so far we've been really happy with everything.

Hi I’ve just had my diagnostic cycle at the evewell and looking to start a FET in the next month or so. I had three failed transfers at a previous clinic so moved over to the Evewell in December. Can I ask what your protocol was for your successful transfer @moerae ? Huge congratulations by the way! I’d be interested in leftover meds for an FET if they are still going! Agree the admin side is a bit ropey sometimes but I’ve always been able to get hold of them and Dr Ed Coates has been great.

could i ask the rough cost please for the retrevial and frozen transfer? we are thinking of having treatment at evewell

I did have a few add ons like HyCoSy, and obviously the Evewell will provide a tailored plan for each patient- my retrieval and one FET cost around 10k.

Just to add, I've had a really good experience there myself, and was lucky that the first FET worked :)
