Hi All, I’m doing a FET on Monday so started my pessaries on Wednesday and since yesterday I’ve had the WORST abdomen pain to the point I feel like I’m going to throw up.

Had anyone else suffered from this? Did you find anything that can help? I’m desperate as I’m dreading doing them every 8 hours!

I'd call my clinic about this as it seems unusual. I started mine on Thursday and have had some digestive issues and tiredness but not sever pain. Good luck with your transfer!

Hi, the pessaries really messed up my IBS and I had a lot of stomach pain earlier this week. It's mostly settled down now but I'm still tending to get pain after my evening meal. Trying calling your clinic, they might advise some paracetamol or something else (I was given the ok to take some buscopan). Hope you feel much better soon!

Thanks ladies! Good luck to you both for your transfers.

@tpeas i have IBS too so maybe it’s that, it’s just nothing like my usual IBS pain! I took some buscopan straight away without even thinking, didn’t think I’d need to get the ok from the clinic.

Today hasn’t been as bad, hoping it’s just my body getting used to them again.

Hey , you should go to the GP and ask for UTI test because your more likely to have one from all the previous scans etc the same thing happened to me one week after my FET! or you can change the route of the pessaries to see if it makes any difference - I used them rectal and only got constipation! Good luck with your FET!
