Exhaustion and hormones after freeze all

Hi all - had egg collection on Friday
We had to do a freeze all (high estrogen and risk of OHSS because of PCOS). I had quite a bit of pain after but this is now settled.

We will have to do a frozen embryo transfer after waiting for withdrawal bleed and period.

Today I am absolutely exhausted and had to come home from work early. I have started spotting so likely withdrawal bleed coming soon but I feel washed out

Did anyone experience this if you had to have a freeze all rather than fresh transfer? I suspect it's the plunging hormones but I feel awful

I also had my egg collection on the same Friday (not yesterday but last week) and had quite a high number of follicles/eggs. We ended up with 6 embryos frozen to our complete joy. Definitely had pain for quite a few days after. And by the date of your post also had a huge wave of fatigue hit me on the same day (Thursday). I think it must be normal with all of the hormones but also the stress and anxiety of it all, it's a huge impact on the body. How are you feeling now? I'm still tired but less so than the other day, I'm trying to rest up plenty 😊

Thank you. I'm feeling abit less tired now but should probably have had an easier weekend and not made plans.
Looks like we had egg clllectiom the same day

Has your withdrawal bleed started yet? Mine has so might be contributing to the tiredness. And they said could be heavier than usual.

Have they told you how long you need to wait before a frozen transfer?

No but last time I didn't bleed until about 11 or 12 days after and it felt like a normal period really. I know for some it happens much sooner though I guess it affects everyone differently! I'm not sure, I think I'll contact them when my period starts. I hope you still enjoy the weekend even if it is a bit busy and you're tired. I had quite a busy today yesterday but thankfully today can mostly chill 😊

Hi! Jumping on this post a few weeks after you, I’m on day 4 after egg collection and feel absolutely pooped. I hugely underestimated how this would make me feel.
Internal pain has got a lot better thank god! How long did your tiredness go on for?
I went to do a light walk around the block today with the dog and it felt like I’d ran a marathon!
