Brown discharge/spotting every day since FET - currently on 5dp5dt

Hi all, need much needed advice or words of wisdom. Had my first FET on Monday 9th Sept. I have been having brown discharge when I wipe almost every day. It only happened once or twice on days 1&2 past transfer, slightest brown staining on toilet paper only most of the day on day 3, nothing on day 4 and seems to appear every time I wipe today which is 5 days past transfer. Since transfer It has only ever stained my underwear once and was a tiny drop. The rest of the time it’s has just slightly stained the toilet paper. This is sending me into a spiral because I constantly spot 3-5 days before every period so it’s like a trigger for me and I am so scared that it’s going to be a BFN.
I am also taking my progesterone pessary’s rectally so it’s not that they are making me bleed or anything. Does anyone have any similar stories?

Hi, sorry that you are worried and I don't really have any positive experience to share. But brown and/or light pink spotting can be a sign of implantation (which usually takes place during day 1 to 5 after the transfer of a 5 day blastocyst), so I will hope for the best. Was your progesterone level alright before the transfer? I would contact the clinic and ask for advice, they might up the progesterone dose if required. Wishing you the best 🍀

@Serendipity24 thank you so much for your response. My clinic doesn’t test progesterone so unfortunately I don’t know my level. Praying it’s related to implantation but I just need to wait until OTD. I will contact my clinic also, thank you ❤️

I had brown discharge and went into super panic mode rang my clinic and they said it's sign of implantation and to take things easy for a few days.
It was indeed a positive pregnancy for me.

All the best to you !

Thought I would just update the thread for anyone who finds it or needs advice in future - my outcome was negative. I had myself convinced it was implantation spotting as it was extremely light and stopped at 8dp5dt. I had no further spotting after that. I waited until OTD and the pregnancy test was a stark negative. I did so much research and It appears everyone can spot during the TWW and it can result in either a positive or a negative.
