Natural FET - to use Clearblue Digital Advanced ovulation test or just digital?

Hi,

I’m due to start testing for ovulation in advance of natural FET.

Should I buy the Clearblue digital advanced ovulation kit or just the normal digital? The advanced pinpoints 4 fertile days and shows when you are not fertile, when you’re rising and when you get your surge. The normal tells you when you are not fertile and when you get your surge. The clinic just want to know when I get my surge.

Or doesn’t it matter which kit? There’s too many choices!

Hiya @amkw I don't think it matters which one you use, just whatever is easier for you. I know that clear blue digitals use first morning wee compared to opk sticks which are better used late afternoon. I find it impossible to get any results from the opk sticks so the digital works better for me. Your clinic will be scanning you through your cycle to track your dominant follicle anyway so you'll have that information too. For my FET I did a natural cycle but had a trigger injection and then the transfer 7 days later (and it was successful). Good luck 🍀
