9dp5dt- level of HCG: 35- anyone who had a healthy pregnancy with similar results?

Hi,
I had a FET 9 days ago of a 5AA embryo and today was my beta. I got my blood test result this afternoon, and to my surprise, there was some hCG in my blood, however the level is quite low (35). I thought I was totally out as I took home pregnancy tests on days 7 and 8dp5dt and were negative- plain white. I've been also having brown discharge since the 3rd day after transfer but today the discharge was a bit heavier so I thought it was my period coming.
The clinic has asked me to repeat the blood test on Monday to check whether it's increasing.
I think it probably is a chemical pregnancy as the level is too low, however, I don't want to lose hope just yet.
Is there anyone who had similar hCG result on beta test who ended up with a healthy pregnancy? I could do with some positive stories to survive the weekend!

Yep - my first beta (and that was at 12dpt) was 49 - two days later 98- 2 days after that over 500. He’s 6 now.

@HelenTudorFisk thank you for sharing your story, that gave me a little bit of hope! However I keep having brown discharge, which has been going on since day 3 after transfer, so I'm not sure my second results will be that good but I'll keep hoping for the best!

That must be so hard. Wishing you good news on Monday

@mlruirod When I had my chemical pregnancy my hcg level was 21 at 10dp5dt and was only at 4 when tested 3 days later. My levels were lower than yours, so hoping it goes more positively for you. I know my clinic say they want at least level of 75 at 10dp5dt to indicate an ongoing pregnancy. What helped me when I went through a CP was understanding it was likely a problem with the embryo, not anything I had done. Also, my clinic tried to say it was a 'good sign' because it should I could get pregnant. My next transfer following my CP is now a happy toddler :)

Thank you for your message @DauntedAF
Thank you for sharing your experience @2mumlife , my clinic said the same, they want to see a level of about 70. And congratulations on your successful pregnancy, I can't wait to be able to say the same soon!

I'm not very optimistic at all now, I had another blood test done yesterday and it came back higher but it's increasing very slowly- it went from 35 to 56. My clinic is suspecting possible ectopic pregnancy now.

I'm having another blood test done tomorrow but I don't think anything good will come out of it. I have been also having brown discharge/spotting since day 3 after transfer so I don't think that's a good sign either. I'm very sure this won't be a viable pregnancy so I just can't wait to be done with it to be able to start a new cycle 😔

@mlruirod Its a good sign that your hcg is going up, but as you say its not a very big increase. I'm sorry you're in limbo - one of the things I was grateful for was at least my hcg retest was very clear that it was a CP and my hcg was dropping quickly, so I knew it would be over with quickly. Hope you can get some more answers tomorrow.

Hi, I know this was a while ago but wondered what the outcome was as I am in a similar situation x
