Predionsole , ivf , do you take 20mg in one go or 10 in morning and 10mg at night ?

Hi please , if anyone has taken predisonole steroids in ivf , did you take the full dose in one go or did you split it in 2 , morning and night ? Thank you so much ! I’m on 20mg

I was on 20mg and my clinic told me to take it at 8am in one go.
Check with your clinic though

I was on 25mg and I believe I took it all in one go in the morning. I think that was because it can cause insomnia so better to take it early in the day.

@Ilovebees just to add once you are taking it my clinic said you're not meant to stop suddenly. After my failed cycle my clinic have made me go from 20mg to 15mg, to 10mg, to 5mg to 0 over 4 weeks. Apparently stopping it suddenly is not good for the liver.

All in the morning, as soon as you wake up to avoid insomnia.
