Any tips/old wife tales, or generally thinks that you think worked for you to have successful IVF!

Hello! I’m going into my second (last) round of IVF. I had frozen 5 day transfer of a 5AA embryo, didn’t stick unfortunately. Everything went perfectly before hand and the odds were in my favour. But it just didn’t work. Mother Nature I guess!

does anyone know of any tips? Anything that they done, that they think helped, or any old wives tales that may help. I’m willing to try anything!

Eat pineapple core, keep feet warm, an avocado a day, try to keep yourself happy - I’m sure I read something somewhere to say there was a study that women who laughed more in their 2ww were more successful.

We used embryo glue and I feel like that is what did it for us. Good luck x
