So we have been TTC for some time. I have just had a very early and natural miscarriage 18 Jan this year. This was such a wanted pregnancy which is devastating 😢 I have had 2 children with no issues. My current concern is I'm having very very very painful cramps mid cycle which I presume are ovulation cramps. So painful, I used the tens machine just to ease the pain. Is this normal to have painful ovulation following a miscarriage? I have had no information regarding miscarriage and I feel so stupid for not knowing what to expect, what is normal.... appreciate any help please
