We've had semen analysis done, had it explained, had DNA fragmentation done, changed lifestyle, read online what supplements to take... we've now been recommended to go and see a consultant urologist to help investigate the male side of things. What more can be done to explore the male side, what will happen at the appointment?
Has anyone seen this doctor?
From googling and reading around he seems to be one of the leading docs in the field, but what will he actually do?

I’d expect he would carry out a physical examination to check for variocele.
He recommended a supplement called Impryl for my DH. He has the expertise to interpret the results and make suggestions based on individual cases. There are other urologists but he has a great reputation and also a very friendly approach, which is nice. I suppose it’s seeking another opinion on why you as a couple are having issues conceiving and seeing if he can suggest anything to help increase your odds. Hope it goes well.
