Just found out I've got a fibroid in the centre of my uterus cavity, literally right in the middle where a baby could grow . It's only 5.3mm but they say they wont transfer an embryo because of it. I e also got another 11mm fibroid in the muscle of the uterus too aparently. Bit pissed off they didn't scan me before I ever started IVF.
Have had to cancel the fresh transfer and do freeze all.
Anyone else had this and do you think I can be removed ?
Do you think the fibroid is the culprit of not being able to get pregnant ?
Nearly at egg collection which will probably be next week.
I'm awaiting a hysteroscopy now on the NHS.
