I collected my meds today from clinic.. Clinic is 2 hours away. When I brought them home I put them back in fridge.
I had bemfola
Centrocide and ovritrelle.
It says keep refrigerated. I'm not worried as I've had the out of fridge for few hours. Will they be effective . Car was comfortable temp as sun was shining so not cold I had then stored under seat

Read the instructions on the meds or if in doubt ring the pharmacy to double check.

I'm almost certain they can withstand being out of the fridge for a certain length of time. I did the same with my latest round - left one of my pergoveris pens put overnight and it was fine. I think long term storage must be in a fridge. But short term are fine at room temp provided the temp in your car didn't exceed 30deg. Hope this helps.

Section 6.4:
Store in a refrigerator (2°C - 8°C). Store in the original package. Within its shelf-life, the solution may be stored at or below 25°C for up to 30 days without being refrigerated again during this period. It must be discarded if not used after these 30 days.

Ovitrelle I would get replaced if you didn't keep it chilled on the way home. It would have been okay if you'd left it out the fridge and used within 30 days but the change in temp from cold to warm and back to cold can damage it. This was what I was advised when my fridge went off overnight. In the future if collecting from the clinic you should take a cool bag (surprised you weren't advised of this).

Can't comment on the other meds as I haven't used them. Gonal F the same applied.

Our clinic told us that it was fine on the way home, no need for a cool bag if just 1-2 hours and in the fridge as soon as home.
