We received our letter today. We were told it would be 4 months from our last appointment that we would start ivf nhs treatment. They have asked us for our emails to set us up on their clinic website which is where we'll receive all communication from nurses regarding our treatment.

It's only been 2 months. He told us 4 months from today which was back in june .I'm wondering if they are doing it earlier than planned , or if once we submit our details maybe we won't hear back immediately for a month or two ?
I'm asking because we paid for a private ovulation induction rounds and have one more to go which we wouldn't be starting for another 2 weeks so now I'm not sure do I continue with this or cancel it since they are looking us to start

I got to the top of the list in Scotland the very start of Sept 2022 and I didn't start treatment until start of Feb 2023. They closed the whole of Dec and start of Jan and they wanted to do a mock transfer before any treatment. Between the 2dt transfer in March I then had my FET in May after a chemical and now having to wait until oct until the next ivf round after the may FET ended in a neg. Good luck. It's always time consuming and never gets easier. Nhs also do what works for them and not necessarily around you.
