Hi MNetters. I've had two unsuccessful rounds of NHS IVF with UCL and CRGH and am looking at continuing privately through Access Fertility to keep costs manageable. Can anyone recommend a particular clinic? I'm a bit overwhelmed.

Our issue is male factor. My AMH is average. Not done PGS testing but considering it for next round. Have ruled out donor eggs and sperm.

Our choices are -
Boston fertility -£11250
City Fertility - £8300
Crgh - £16700
Fertility and gynecology academy - £9350
London women's clinic - £9950
Lister - £11100

All costs are for two rounds, non refundable as I'm 40. These don't include preliminary consultations and drugs etc.

So hard to know what to do. Some say Lister is great because they've had success there (and four rounds for the same price as two at crgh...) and some say it's awful and like a conveyer belt.
Doing initial consultation at all is very expensive before we've even started....

Any opinions appreciated!!

If it were me, I'd look at the stats on the HFEA website for each clinic and use the numbers to help me decide.

Thanks, we're doing that. The hfea does warn though that 'It’s extremely difficult to compare clinic success rates fairly. This is because success rates depend on the patients being treated and the reason for their infertility.'

Hence asking for personal recommendations too.
