Hi - We have been diagnosed with unexplained secondary infertility and have decided to go down the assisted route. My husband has a private insurance cover that can support us with some of the costs (up to 5k) in either of these clinics in London. I have been looking them up, reviewing and trying to do my research on this, but have come here if anyone has any first hand experience on either of these clinics. These are the only two covered in our policy so I would like to first give a try here, given financial constraints. Any feedback is most well appreciated.

Bump - I would also love to hear reviews of these clinics as in the same position due to partner’s insurance!

Hi again @bstrong0805 I wondered whether you had made any decision about Care Fertility London or TFP Harley Street? From my research it seemed Care Fertility seemed slightly better but both have some bad reviews.

Is Care London the one in Woking? I'm 21 weeks pregnant with a Care Woking baby. I found the care there good, nurses very sweet and professional, didn't see consultant much except the beginning and the transfer. I had quite a straightforward IVF round where we got 6 blastocysts and success on 2nd transfer so can't say what they're like for more complex cases, and I did have to push a little for more progesterone on 2nd transfer despite being private and paying for it, but they listened to me and gave it to me after I asked again. Communication was great, I'm in a group with ladies doing IVF starting August 2022 and many of them found it hard to get in touch with their clinic, care we're always available. They are portal heavy but I like that digital resource so I found it great but not all do. Hope that's helpful , happy to answer any questions :)

I’ve started doing some pre tests at Care London (near Bakers Street). So far I have found them fine. A bit hard to get to on the phone but usually quite good on email and I haven’t had any major issues so far. Ours is unexplained fertility and all tests so far are good so we will probably do 2-3 cycles of IUI first before going down the IVF route.

Thanks @bstrong0805 that's really good to know. I think we will book an appointment (ours would be for IVF). Best of luck for your treatment!

@Imisscoffee2021 thank you, that's also great to know that other Care branches are really good! The Woking one is only slightly further from us than Care London so will definitely be a consideration. Congrats on your pregnancy!
