FET, Is "Defrost day" counted as first day of the 3 of 5 day incubation period?

Hi all,

Little question.
FET, Is "Defrost day" counted as first day of the 3 of 5 day
incubation period?
Example, if defrost day is Monday, is day 3 Wednesday, adn day 5 Friday ?
