Any one know how to improve the estrogen in a good way and healthy grow folics

Hi I am 44 and my IVF cycle have been cancelled twice, the first was cyst, the 2nd one was due to lower estrogen and higher LH, there were two folics but not big enough to start the medication, feel really frustrating now, don't know what I could do to improve it, one side of me, I know it's probably the aging, but another side of me thinking to keep the positive to try the best, currently I am having kaneka ubiquinol Q10 and multi vatmine includes folic acid etc, any one has any suggestions?

anyone knows? any tips?

@Woodcottage1 , Hi, Yes, I have taken coq10 and pregnacare multi vitamin more than three months now, and trying to eat less carbonhy foods, don't know what else I can do.....

@ringofrain I am on Ubiquinol and folic acid and my clinic also told me to take 4000Iu Vit D daily.

I have also been advised to drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and follow a high protein low sugar diet hope this helps x
