Is it okay to stop ivf medication early before official pregnancy test date ?

I am 12 days past trasfer 2 morulas , not yet blasts . and I’m testing negative , I know it’s negative as I should be testing positive by now but clinic told me to test in couple of day from today , 3 days from now .
Is there any point in doing my medications when I know it’s over already ? I’m just delaying my period when I could just stop medications and get on with my new cycle !! But I don’t know if my clinic will be happy if I say I stopped my medication few days before due date !? Please someone help me decide ! I hate taking medicine knowing it’s for a lost cause !

I've been in this situation 4 times now, I've always carried on until OTD, just in case I'm one of those people who test negative up until OTD.

I was also in this situation once and I carried on, just couldn’t stop till I was certain

I've carried on with the meds for 5 failed transfers. Sorry, probably not what you want to hear!

I would carry on until the day the clinic said just to be sure
