Bad traffic-menopur in car and not fridge- panicking!

Can anyone help?! My clinic is closed now unfortunately.
Went to pick up menopur today and then went to get fuel then home but got caught in roadworks and rush hour traffic which meant my 20-25 mins journey took nearly an hour and coupled with my fuel stop I reckon my menopur and ovitrelle have been out of the fridge for just over an hour. I put them in the fridge as soon as I got home and kept the heater off in the car.
Does anyone have any experience of this?!
Left my clinic an answerphone message hopefully they will get back to me. Supposed to be starting tonight so I will use it.

@Roo45
Hello! Are you living in the UK? It is already very cold outside so you don't have to worry about the heat in the car and even so 1 hour is not so bad. They don't go bad that easily.

I had to inject small dosage of Pergoveris (similar to Menapur) in one of my cycles. Dr asked me if I have leftover from my last cycle. Luckily I left it in the fridge so I could use it. Pharma company's instructions were saying that we should discard it after 30 days but mine was in the fridge more than 3 months. When I asked the dr, she told me that hormone shots do not go bad that easily. Also my follicle growth showed that they were working as they suppose to. So don't worry and try to relax. You didn't ruin anything so don't be hard on yourself ❤️ Is this your first time?

@Cayandsimit thank you! Yes UK based. Believe it or not this is actually my third time but I've had about a 9 month break as I had a hysteroscopy after my second cycle failed. I'm naturally anxious anyway and I honestly feel like I'm worrying about every little thing! I'm sure last time I just came straight home to put the meds in the fridge so now I'm just kicking myself getting fuel at peak rush hour time even though you're right it's not a huge amount of time. Thank you xx

@Roo45 I am the anxiety queen 👸 and with all these hormones it gets even worse. So I understand how you feel ❤️ You also get the hysteroscopy done so your chances are now higher since you got everything checked 🍀 Wish you the best ❤️🤞

I wouldn't worry too much about it. My menopur never went in the fridge. The nurse also reassured me about the same thing with another injection that had to go in the fridge, basically said they're designed to last a few hours outside of the fridge because that happens in transport etc.

It’ll be absolutely fine. Don’t worry.

Agree, totally fine. I live over an hour from my clinic and never had any issue at all.

Thanks all! For anyone who's in a similar situation, clinic ccalled back and said it was absolutely fine!
