Rough idea of IVF drugs costs?

I know, how long is a piece of string and all that... I just wonder if anyone can advise on how much the drugs cost for IVF so we can think about how much to set aside? Just a ballpark would be good.

It really is a how long is a piece of string! It really depends on your protocol and what drugs you're on. My first egg collection round was around £1200, FET around £700

It also depends where you get drugs from, I know some say you can get cheaper at Asda, but clinics can charge for prescriptions (my clinic charge £250 if you want to source your own drugs, so I just go with Stork Fertility who my clinic use but they are not the cheapest)

I think ours were (5yrs ago) about £150 a day but obv depends on your disease

Often quote fir 10 days but can be few days extra depending on side of follicles etc

I've just ordered my drugs from the fertility pharmacy, it was over 700 cheaper than my local pharmacies
