Hi, I had a 4-day transfer on 28th April, so today will be 8dp4dt; OTD is 9th May
1-3 days after transfer I had a little bit of dark brown/black spotting just once in the day. Around the same time, I had some cramps. The clinic said not to worry as it's quite common after embryo transfer. Since then I had nothing; i.e. no cramps, no spotting. No other symptoms except some heating problems at night.
But since this morning I have severe cramps. Initially started on the extreme right, then left, and now in the middle too. All of it in the lower abdomen. Plus some pain in the lower back on the right side. I have emailed the clinic, waiting to hear back. I have got a headache too & possibly start of diarrhea.
This is our 3rd IVF (2nd ICSI) cycle. 1st one was BFN. 2nd resulted in MC at 5.5-6 weeks. We don't have any frozen embryos as this time too just 1 egg fertilized. I am extremely nervous, uncomfortable & petrified.
Did any of you had cramps 2-3 days before OTD that resulted in a positive pregnancy and not periods???
