I have a high amh and have had two rounds of ivf with poor quality eggs. My 1st round I had an okish embryo and I did get my son. I had another round in March where I had two put back and none of them took. I have one more round left so fingers crossed I can get a sibling for my son!

Can I ask you ladies whose had EC, did you get any pain days after? I felt fine the day of EC and the morning after but did a lot of cleaning and tidying the day after and by the afternoon felt like I'd been hit by a bus so been taking it easy since. But the last couple of days I keep getting sharp pains in my abdomen (once was getting out of the car, once was sneezing). My tummy is bloated but I wouldn't say bad bloated. If I press down on it though it's sore. When I over stimulated on Clomid before the bloating and pain then was a lot worse. I have my transfer tomorrow so obv will see what's going on inside then but has anyone had anything similar? I'm prone to cysts so I half wondered if I've acquired some after they did EC.

@Crazydoglady123 i didn't have any pain or anything. I guess as I had so little eggs. Sorry can't help.

I got my beta results, 641! And i'm 4+3! We are soo over the moon!

@Sungirl11 that's amazing congratulations!

@Crazydoglady123 I remember I was really bloated. I still get twinges now (8 weeks 2 days) and the midwife said my ovaries are still 6cm!! Will take another 3 weeks to go down. Don't worry too much I'm sure it is all fine.

Thanks @6543336787gesgvjhg @Sungirl11 on my scan today on my transfer you could see lots of follicles on my ovaries still. We had 3 x grade A's and 1 x grade C (was not far off an A apparently) with the rest looking to catch up tomorrow hopefully! We had a grade A and a grade C transferred

@Crazydoglady123 congratulations!!! Just the two week wait to get through now. Was the plan to always have two transferred?

@6543336787gesgvjhg thank you! Our clinic advises 1 as we're under 38 but we wanted two and I had a healthy full term pregnancy with my son who's 9 and some good embryos to freeze so they agreed

Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be for us. I had a miscarriage just before my planned 8 week scan. Going to allow my body some time to recover before hopefully moving forward with a FET ❤️

@Bethpalmer20 so sorry to hear your news. I’ve been there and you will absolutely get through it.

Thank you @lou8319 it's comforting to know others have been through it and come out the other end. Infertility feels very lonely, as does miscarriage. It's hard to make it so far only to have it taken away from you when you feel like your dream is finally coming true. Just allowing my body time to rest and heal and then we will try again x

@Bethpalmer20 I'm so, so sorry.. a miscarriage on top of everything you've had to go through to get there is terribly unfair :( sending you lots of strength and healing thoughts x

@Sungirl11 huge congratulations!! I must say that your story, with your positive test on your birthday and mother's day and your treatment being your mum's last gift, made me cry happy tears :)

@PurpleUnicorn01 very glad to hear things are moving for you! I have low AMH (5.7 last year) and I was really pleased that we got 9 eggs with 300IU of Gonal F on a long protocol... just like yours! Our problem was later, with embryo quality after day 3. I know it's hard/impossible but try not to worry too much about the numbers :)

@beachbum85 I suck at the TWW and caved and tested early...mega early! 5dp5dt and I got two lines 😬 it's been 12 days since my Ovitrelle trigger so hoping it's not that but will test each day now to see if it progresses. My first two lines in 28months TTC!

I have no idea how long the trigger takes to leave, but I really hope it's gone. It's been 22 months for us and never a second line so I can only imagine your excitement!! Very happy for you!

@PurpleUnicorn01 I'm afraid I'm not sure when exactly our funding was approved, as it was all done in the background, but we started just over 4 months after our referral and 2 months after our consultation. I think it depends a lot on the clinic though.

@beachbum85 thank you! It is a story that gives me so much hope in this pregnancy. And I will always have my mommy's little angel to remember her every single day ❤️

@Crazydoglady123 that is very promising!! I have just looked at my cheepie of 5dpt and it looks the same!!
I tested my trigger and it was gone before ET (2 Ovitrelle) , it says it can last up to 15 days but i think it's just worse case. Let us know how you progress

@PurpleUnicorn01 like others our funding went on in the background and we were told there was no delays. All I can remember is that first call was 15.01.2021 to say do you want to do ivf (well before protocols discussed) and then 12.03.2021 had my first stims.

We were private, put the payment in around 8 Feb, had a planning appointment for drugs 22 Feb and started our cycle 3 March.

@lou8319 we are nhs.
