Anybody taken NAC alongside Myo-inositol and/or Metformin?

I'm due to undergo my 2nd cycle of IVF in a couple of months but when I ask them, my doctors/nurses seem to have no idea about supplements for fertility (apart from Folic acid and Vitamin D3).

I've heard good things on here about N-acetylcysteine, but I already take Metformin and Myo-inositol - which from my reading seems to do similar things to NAC in reducing insulin levels in the body. Has anyone taken them together?

Yes I take all 3 together without issue. They all do stuff in slightly different ways.

Thank you so much for the reply @YouBoggleMyMind. Can I ask what dose of NAC you take and whether you have any side effects? I'm so desperate for the next round to work, I'll try anything! (I'm debating adding Alpha- lipoic acid too as recommended by "It starts with the egg" but I worry I'll start rattling with all the supplements I'm taking!)

No side effects and I take 200g a day NAC, 4000mg myo-inositol and 1500mg Metformin (when I remember).

2000mg NAC*

Sorry I just checked again and I take 1200mg a day NAC.

Thanks very much @YouBoggleMyMind - I've got NAC 600 mg in my basket (and Alpha -lipoic acid 600 mg too) and I think I'm just going to go for it!
