Has anyone experienced having a follicle of 13mm by day 5? I've got secondary infertility - amh of 1.2, advised ivf will offer little additional benefit over a couple of medicated iuis. First attempt last month was medicated (letrozole) and my dominant follicle (only follicle) was 30mm on the day of iui. We didn't medicate this month and the lone follicle was 13mm on day 5, 20mm on day 7. Triggered yesterday and did a home insemination today. Estrodial and lh were tested and it indicated i was ready to ovulate... so it seems my body is on overdrive. Has anyone in a similar situation managed to get pregnant? Or learned anything about best assisted conception approach for these circumstances? Thanks so much
