IVF Stimulation day 4 Follicles not growing

Hello,
I have my day 4 stimulation (day 6 after period) scan and blood test for IVF. My estradiol was 85 pm/mL and had 6 follicles that are below 6mm in size and appears that i am not responding. I am on 225 of menopur and 225 bemfola!
I have another scan in 2 days but i am really really disappointed, scared and worried that all is lost! Is there something to do to help follicles grow? Is it anything that i might been doing wrong? Is there chance of me responding? Anyone else in a similar situation or have any advice would be really appreciated!

Thanks @EarlGreyT! I know that doesnt mean that the transfer will work but we will cross that bridge when we get there! Its very good news and i am very relieved for now! I am Hoping the other two will be good enough to be frozen tmr and then i will prepare myself for the frozen transfer in January! I would have liked to have a fresh transfer to be honest as j already neen through all of this but it might be better for my sanity my body and for my work to do the FET! Thank you so so much again

Final update! Not great news i am
Afraid. The other two embryos did not
Progress at all and therefore they can not freeze them. Therefore i have only two embryos frozen. Yes they are good quality but as we all know that doesnt necessarily means success. I am a bit sad, disappointed and very anxious as i only have very limited chances with this. I always worry and as a medic unfortunately i know the stats and how this works. However i am
Going to try to be positive and hope for a positive result. Thank you all
So so much for all the support and positive vibes! I really needed it

Two frozen embies is still a good result. Hopefully you’ll be given the option of having a single or double transfer. You have options and any day 5 blasto is a great achievement !!!

Thank you @Youngatheart00! I appreciate your support and encouragement! I am
A bit deflated with the news but as you said and thank you for reminding me that we still have two blastocysts that might work out and we will take things one at the time. This whole process is so tiring and exhausting but hopefully everything will be worth it! Best of luck to all you ladies with your own journey! I admire each one of you for your strength and wishing you positive outcomes!

Ahh thanks for checking in @poupou, I had EC on Monday 5 eggs - 3 fertilised and booked for ET on Saturday. Pretty happy considering I had one follicle and no eggs last cycle! How are you doing? Are you managing to relax a bit?

poupou · 05/12/2019 22:38

@WorriedButterfly! That is amazing news!!!! Very happy for you! Well done!
I am still slightly worried but i am waiting for the FET i will have to call and enquire when this would be in the next year but j decided to take things one at the time and see how it would go. Did you change anything this time? Supplements? Wish you the best with the ET! Sending lots of positive energy and please keep us posted!

I took dexamethasone and have been on DHEA for a while now. I'm having intramuscular progesterone as well as pessaries now. Keeping my fingers crossed! X
