Moved house, do I tell the GP/hospital

I am currently in the process of treatment for infertility (I've got PCOS so going through high prolactin and clomid treatment) at a local hospital but when I first went to my GP I lived at a different address.

We put a postal redirect on which has captured most of the letters but I'm getting worried now that I may miss some letters coming through as I don't know when they are sending them.

I have only moved 3 miles down the road but I'm out of the catchment area of my GP and the hospital im currently at is now classed as a different council.

What do I do?! I desperately don't want to delay my treatment but I also don't want to be dishonest! I am so close now with starting clomid.

I haven't asked my GP or hospital yet as I'm too scared they will stop treatment and refer me!!

Look at which CCG offers the most ivf cycles and go with them!

I'm looking at moving house and am due to start clomid in November so have been researching this! I've called the hospital and CCG where I'm going to check there won't be a delay in treatment. They said that the consultant should be able to put a plan in place to ensure treatment continues as there is no waiting list where I'm going. But like the other poster says, it's a good idea to check what your new CCG offers. You don't want to accidentally end up with a lower provision. When I called the hospital and CCG it was all anonymous, they didn't ask for my details, so you could call to say that you're scoping it out - rather than tell them you've actually moved. Then you can find out whether it's best to continue where you are or best to quickly sign up to your local gp.

@Sylva123 I hadn't seen your reply until now! Thank you for responding. Gonna definitely do that!
