Ovarian rejuvenation for POI (Primary Ovarian Insufficiency, Low AMH)

Am 39 with AMH=0.2.
TTC for >6 years and 11 IVF with just 1 ectopic and 1 chemical pregnancy.

Doctors say I need a miracle to have my own baby and should opt to eggs donation now. But I am just so desperately wanting a baby of my own genes.

I have looked around internet and found news about ovarian rejuvenation, which seems to be particularly suitable for the case of POI.

It's all new to me and I don't get it 100%. To my understanding there are different techniques to reach the goal of ovarian rejuvenation:
Bone marrow stem cells;
Platelet-rich plasma;
Ovaries puncturing;
etc....

I am very interested in trying but don't know where to start.
I wonder if any of you ladies gave these some thoughts; or had a go?
