Best fertility clinic in London

Can anyone recommend a good fertility clinic in London for IVF where the patient sees the same fertility specialist during the whole treatment?

I just finished my first round of IVf at the Lister. And the simple answer to your question is there isn’t one. You have to get that into your head. I’m still trying to get it into mine. Nurses run the show mostly and the doctor I specifically when I made and appointment and paid through my nose for it. It is not a warm fuzzy hand holding affair. It is a business. But most of these clinics happen to be good at their business. But they certainly are clinical. It’s ok if you expect this. I’m out next. It felt like cattle branding. But... it better be prepared than have this other picture in your head. You are there for you. Do your thing ask your questions and try not to be hearded out before you are ready, that’s what often happened to me.

I have heard ARGC has one of the best success rates. A friend had ivf on NHS 3/4 times before going there and went on to have twins. They are very expensive but do a lot of tests. Have another friend going through them at the moment

I heard something similar but they use excessive amounts of medicine and as it was my first I thought there should be no need to blast that must into my body. Stupid me. I’m also private. I wanted my insurance to pay for my preganacy and they won’t if I have IVF so I can’t go on NHS had to do t privately and self fund. Just so so expensive and so little to show for it except a foul temper.

I have a friends sister in law who went there and she is pregant now. If I could start again. I think I would go there also. Rather a few more meds than. This whole process again. But again I heard it’s a total meat market so please mentally prepare to be treated as such. But with a postive result, do you care?
