I feel your pain with them long cycles jane. I think my longest was 90 days 😳 I’m happy it went well, and you have an expected time frame now too and still plenty of time too chill out xx

Jane I might be on a similar time scale... af in a week and a half and the the possibility of starting short protocol with the next af roughly five weeks later. If not that cycle, I'm probably about 11-12 weeks off starting. This is my last cycle of clomid and I'm expecting cycles to go back to long-ish and slightly irregular... so not quite sure of dates!

Congratulations @Liverpool19 !!! Your BFP gives all us hopefuls light at the end of the tunnel! I'm on Day 13 of down-reg and my emotions are all over the shop but it makes me feel so positive when I see ladies get that second line that means so bloody much!!x

Thanks @Liverpool19 You must be on cloud nine right now! I fear I'll be worse than anyone during my 2ww as I'm the most impatient person I know!! I'm already willing away the next 3 weeks to just get going with EC! X

Hi @Janefx40 do you mind if I ask how large the cysts are? And did they drain them before EC? I've got one on my ovary which is 8x6cm which I've had for years but they've been reluctant to operate until I had kids. My fertility clinic then deliberated over whether I should have it removed before EC but we've decided to try it before having an op. They haven't really discussed draining it though x

@XstephanieX I didn't take note of the size yesterday. My previous clinic report says 13mm x 2 but I think the two must means there are 2 of them.

They did cyst aspiration on the second day of my treatment. They said they just drained them.

My clinic were a bit maverick so I wouldn't be sure that it's normal to drain them during a cycle just because they did it! (Brilliant but maverick)

Ladies I have just came on my AF full heavy flow straight away like normal but had a 25 day cycle rather than the normal 27 or 29. This is such a silly question but do I count today (28/3) as day one even though I came on so late in the day or tomorrow (29/3)?
I need to arrange my baseline scan so hoping they can fit me in tomorrow with such short notice I'm as I'm not sure if they are open over the bank holiday weekend.

@Winnie56 day one will be today the 29th as bleeding started properly after 5pm. That's how my clinic decides anyways. Struggling to sleep as got stomach pain, not cramps xxx

Winnie56, yes, first day of full bleeding is day 1, even if early or late.
Jane, I had a cyst drained too, easy peasy and meant no delay in the cycle.

I'm still testing positive and feeling waves of nausea, fatigue, dizziness. Hoping these are good signs. Sending positive thoughts to all xx

Hi @Winnie56 in my experience clinics can vary. Some count Day 1 as when you first see proper flow of red blood. Some only count it as Day 1 if that flow starts before 12pm. Others count it before 5pm!

Either way your cycle has more or less started so get on the blower!

@becky114 @Aliona19 @wombats I'm sure it's natural to worry - especially when we have all been through the mill so much. We have learned the hard way that those two little lines are precious and don't come easy. Every day they are there is a good day. Feel free to moan about the worry any time

@Liverpool19 in all honesty I don't know how I feel. Yesterday I did a test and did get a second line although it was faint. I didn't say anything because it was faint and I worried it may still be the trigger. I tested again today and although the second line is there it's barely visible, so I don't know what to think, I'm just anxious that by tomorrow it could all be over
