Veinarde – Maybe it’s a good sign that everything went really easy, you might be having symptoms without realising. I wouldn’t worry just yet, your test date is the 1st right? So you’ve not got long to wait, I’m amazed you’ve not caved, stronger than I am haha!
Lauralife & Lostworkerbee – I’ve been reading loads online and seen that someone got a positive as earlier as 5dp5dt (they later found out they were having twins so, that’s why they got a result so early.) From what I’ve seen I think the majority of people test early and get positives from around the 8dp5dt point, I’ve decided I’m going to test early on the 30th June. I’m hoping for a nice birthday present in the form of a positive… Which I know is crazy early, a girl can dream! As for symptoms I’m finding it hard as I don’t know what’s symptoms from the medication, it can make it quite hard to differentiate. I also had light kind of like cramps on Sunday and Monday on and off, mostly on my left side and round to my lower back. I’m the same as you lostworkerbee, I can’t decide if it’s a good or bad sign, my mood is all over the place! How are you both getting on today?
Hopes2bmom – I know a few people on here have said that there clinic do a freeze all if a certain number of eggs are collected, my clinic never mentioned this to me :/ I had 48 eggs collected and was told it would be highly unlikely, I was told this from my appointment just before EC till the day of my transfer. They did the transfer on day 5 in the end after they had been monitoring me for OHSS and everything came back clear. So I think they were saying it not to get my hopes up and I think they though I would get OHSS, they were genuinely shocked by my recovery. I think it depends on how you recover and your blood test results.
MrsDarcey – I’m living proof that it’s definitely quality over quantity, I had 48 eggs collected and I had one great hatching little blastocyst transferred and then only one other bad it to be frozen. So it’s definitely not about quantity so, don’t worry about that!
Hope everyone is okay and good luck with scans and everything else!
