If you had more than 1 unsuccessful cycle of ivf - did you spot/ bleed on the same day

Im 8dp3dt after ivf on cyclogest.
On my failed cycle i spotted from 9dp3dt and worried the same will happen again.
So did you spot/ bleed the same day each cycle?
Hoping if i get past tomorrow i might be ok

As agonising as it is, I just don't think there is any way of knowing. I think every cycle for every woman is probably different. Like every pregnancy is different. I didn't spot at all until 2-3 days after finishing taking cyclogest after my bfn.
Fingers crossed for you x

Thanks allchat. Got a bfp today 11dp3dt. With no spotting so far for me. So i guess spotting is a bad sign for me. Still 2 days till otd though and still on progesterone. So guess theres still time.
Youre so right every cycle is very different.
The cyclogest must be enough with a successful cycle to stop the spotting even with LPD

Naty - that is amazing. you must be over the moon! Did you not have cyclogest last time then?

Yes very happy. Though with 2 things that cause miscarriage (pcos and hypothyroidism) im a but nervous.
I have been on cyclogest every time. But with the bfn i started spotting 12dpo and it stayed like that a few days and then got heavier. For me i think only a positive result would hold off the spotting
I had my thyroid levels tested after the failed cycle and they were up at 4 (tsh) so wondering if that was the cause. As hypothyroidism can cause short luteal phase (lpd)
I usually have a lp of 10 days even on thyroxine i think.

Lauren have you had your thyroid levels checked?
Is that 11dpo ? Will you try gestone next time?
Make me wonder why the clinics dont test us in a normal cycle with the cyclogest to see if it can delay a period.
This time i was more careful about standing up after doing the cyclogest, i know last time i possibly got up before even 20min.
Though i know most likely it was successful this time because the embryos were a higher grade -a/b as opposed to b and b/c.
