I hope so but the last two days I was cramping and today (although a high reading) nothing and feel fine. Silly body. I am hoping that pain was to show I ovulated.

Hello, are any of you on Clomid having only one working fallopian tube?

Hi ladies cd21. No peak yet but (even though you aren't meant to) we have been BDing the last five days. I think I've either missed my ovulation window or not ovulating this month. Had high readings on my clear blue fertilty monitor since cd18 but no peak.

i think the cb digi missed my peak as well cd24 and still flashing. had prob ov pains last tue/wed tho

Hi ladies! I'm back from my holiday. We went to North Wales & we had dismal weather.

I had a scan today at 6+2 and all they saw was an empty sac :( It looks like a failed pregnancy, will know for certain once I get my blood results.

Kurama & Photogeapher did you miss your fertile window?

Sorry to hear that London. It's so cruel. I know this has happened to you before so at least it's not horrible shock this time but still just as heartbreaking. It's just finding that strength to keep going... I hope you go through this ok and recover soon. Thinking of you. xxx

kura I'm cd26 and still getting high readings. No more cm so although we bded a lot during my fertile window we are slowing up a bit now.

I'm pigging out though. Really badly I think clomid has just thrown me for a loop.

AF due in 6-10 days so will see what happens

Well I have no idea if we missed fertile window or not ..... All I know is boobs have been mega sore since tues and I'm stupid emotional..... Also I can go all day without eating and then be really hungry at night like now! but af is due anytime from sat onwards so will see what happens

Well cd28 and brief bit of spotting. I guess tomorrow will tell if it's spotting or my period

Just found this thread and hope its the right one to get some advice.
After ttc for over a year (I'm 34, no kids or any period problem history), went to GP, had ultrasound and 21 day blood test.

Sent to hospital as 21 day test progesterone low, ultrasound all looked OK. At hospital, basic history taken and then sent away with 3 months of Clomid (1 tablet days 2-5) and an appointment for 4 months later if it doesn't work (where the HSG test will be considered, followed by further 3 months of higher dose Clomid).

No talk of further blood tests, scans on days of my cycle or other things I have now heard of since leaving the hospital and googling Clomid and everything that goes with it.
Is this normal NHS protocol, to give you drugs and then get on with it?
My problem is that after cycle one, I feel I am having a period but without the usual flow and therefore don't know when to start taking month 2 of Clomid. I have been spotting for 3 days now and although some periods start like this, usually by the end of day 2 I am in full flow.
By the time I speak to a GP i will have missed the boat, I am sure. I don't think I can contact the hospital consultant. Maybe I should just take the Clomid anyway? Different protocols on this drug seem to suggest different start dates!

Anyone elso worried about ridgeway??

KJM2013 Really sorry but I am not on clomid. I'm sure that one of these lovely ladies will be along shortly with some advice.

And yes, we haven't heard from Ridgeway for a while - I hope that she is OK.

Thanks Kurama I was worried about her medically after she had had so many follicles.

she was fine. she got told not to dtd due to amount of folicals after they already had then got a letter saying everything was fine from hosp. that pissed her off but shes ok.

Is she trying again? She said she thought she needed a break.

AF arrived here yesterday. Didn't ovulate this month. I am in Mumbai for work next week so decided to take a month off clomid. Fertilty referral wants to run a series of scans and tests anyway again seeing my last catchment area was London and they were awful. My specialist here was even appalled by the notes as hammersmith hospital lost my DH test results 3 times. And they diagnosed me with cysts 9 months after the fact.

So most likely pick up another round of clomid again in mid October

KJM is there a nurses line at the clinic that you can call? That is what I do if any questions pop up. Your clinic regime doesn't sound normal to me - you should be monitored at least for the first month.

hi guys im here!!! thanks kaurma for keeping everyone up to date. kaurma knows how much my head has been up my ass. we dtd with all the folicals then got a letter saying they needed to speak to me after another complaimt as they wanted me to wait 2 weeks for app to find out dont dtd!! to bloody late!! works out from blood test that im not pregant saw my consultant last week and she said I have developed OHSS very angry!! I wasnt monitored properly!! and im being refered to ivf!! put in anpther complaint as they would listen to me about IUI!!! having a month off this month!! I did mange to get another 3 rounds of clomid my dr is currently investigating the whole issue. ontop of this my mum had open by pass surgery last friday and lee grandma died!!! so my head has been well and truely up my ass!!! on the plus side ( yes ladies I have one) I have lots of lovely new baby stuff which I got for free on a site I created on fb! one being a brand new starry night moses basket and I loce my bear swing!!! the fb page is easier for me to assess and kaurma very kindy told me u were asking about me. I have jist caught up with the thred.

london I am so sorry are they goimg to try on something different to help u keep a future one??

oh been tackling bp too thats gone very high I was made to go to hospital by kaurma one night as it was really high just another day in the life of ttc
