I agree, you should seek some medical help. Good luck.

LondonSuperTrooper · 08/07/2014 22:32

Ginger thank you I'm fully recovered from the soft cup trauma. So much so that in used it again today :)

CD 13 so it's DTD time! I think I usually ovulate on CD14 so thankfully DH and I can rest soon!

LondonSuperTrooper · 08/07/2014 22:33

Damn autocorrect! I meant to say that I've recovered from yesterday & I used a soft cup again today.

kurama · 08/07/2014 23:05

sharon and londons thanks for your concern but last time I said I was worried a cyst was close to rupturing (dont think this is if it is one) I was told just to try and rest up. but come in if it went. ive given up on my hosp its rhat useless. day off tomoro so ill stay curled up on sofa if I can Wink

Firsttimer9981 · 09/07/2014 07:48

Does everyone continue testing after a positive ovulation test until the line's faint again? I just stop testing as soon as it's positive and now I'm worried I've been doing it wrong and may have been missing my most fertile time!

Gingerbreadlady1 · 09/07/2014 08:38

I do the same first

kurama how you feeling today?

LondonBlondie · 09/07/2014 09:01

Tested with a tesco own stick this morning and BFN. I knew that nothing was guaranteed but this was the first cycle that Clomid was working for me so I had my hopes up. My FC saw 1 good follicle and a 2nd medium follicle so I think I just raised my expectations of concieving hugely, but if course even good follicles, regular sex and ovulating doesn't always guarantee conception, as I am only just starting to realise dammit!!

Gingerbreadlady1 · 09/07/2014 09:25

Sorry london, I think we all secretly expect clomid to work on first cycle. I know you'll be gutted & it will take a while to pick yourself up but the positive thing to take away is that the clomid is working. So you are in a much better place to get your bfp. It may just take a bit longer.

What dose are you on?

kurama · 09/07/2014 11:51

ginger it still aches a bit today but its a lot better. which is good voz I needed to be able to twist a lot at work tgis morn. got rest of day off so were off to see obe oh dhs workmates whos got a new baby Envy

LondonBlondie · 09/07/2014 12:45

Thanks Ginger. I'm on 100mg as I didnt respond to 50mg. I'll still at 100 mg for another cycle and then due to see my FC again when 3rd cycle is finished and if still not preg.

Hope you feel better soon kurama

kurama · 10/07/2014 09:27

how is everyone this morning?

LondonBlondie · 10/07/2014 11:04

Still no sign of AF!! Does anyone know is cycles are typically longer with Clomid? My FC suggested I was going to ov on day 13, but I wonder if I ov'd later and this is why AF is yet to show.

Maybe I still tested too early? Went out and had several large glasses of wine last night.....

Firsttimer9981 · 10/07/2014 11:59

In my experience cycles are typically shorter with clomid. What day are you on now?

LondonBlondie · 10/07/2014 14:35

I think it must be day 30 by now... no sign of anything, a bit of cramping but doesnt feel like period pains, feels like its more in my ovaries than uterus... all very strange!

ridgway28 · 10/07/2014 19:12

after reading the thread think ive missed my day. I had pain on both sides near hip!!! the pain was so bad I took tramadol and took my swlf to bed with the view of going to hospital.... it was so bad I never thought it would ovulation. I did dtd the day before and the day after but now really gutted I might have missed my momentSad Sad Sad Sad Sad

Gingerbreadlady1 · 10/07/2014 19:57

ridgway28 · 10/07/2014 20:20

feeling low hate this process wish it would just happen. thanks hunni fingers crossed x

kurama · 10/07/2014 22:38

I know how u feel ridgway u can't help but get your hopes up each month. Especially when things change to how they are "normally"

AnnieHoo · 11/07/2014 13:27

Sounds promising LondonBlondie have you tested again today?

My cycles got much shorter on Clomid (down to 28 days from 35-42 days) although it's different for everyone, depends on how long your cycles were before.

I got my hopes up so much this time and came crashing down. It's great to feel normal again after AF, took my last Clomid pill yesterday.

It's a great feeling to be calm and rational after AF but once the hormones kick in next week I'll be back to being a total nutjob - crying, wingeing, obsessing, googling, moping around, testing, testing again just incase, squinting at lines that aren't there. I can't do it anymore!!!!!

Got to totally chill this month and hand it over to nature - i am totally stressing myself out.

Be kind to yourselves everyone!! It's really hard all this business so we need to give ourselves a break xxx

ridgway28 · 11/07/2014 16:15

after having the eptopic on the first lot of clomid I dont think I xould cope with BFN I only want a baby not much yo ask for is it x

StoneBaby · 11/07/2014 18:23

Well I know exactly what you all mean by the symptoms spoting in the 2ww. For me there won't be any this month as there was no IUI and DH could not perform last night. So depressing 2ww for me.

So who's getting close to POA?
