Clomid buddies?

Hi ladies,

I am just about to start my first cycle of clomid 50mg on Tuesday and was wondering if anyone else is just about to start? I'm feeling scared/nervous/excited and everything else! Thought it would help if we could do it together!!

Also I'd love hear of anyone's experience on clomid?

Ridgeway - sounds like you have a great plan in place :) must put up mind at ease a little? If you are pregnant how often do you need the progesterone shots? Also how do you know if the low in progesterone? Do they only find out if you miscarry?

Camz - that's great news! The clomid is def working for you! All you need is one juicy egg and you have one! Are you gonna use the opk to help you know? It's great you get another scan next week to make sure the brighter popped!

I have my day 10 scan tomorrow at 4 (though its actually gonna be day 12) and I am so looking forward to it. I'm nervous too tho in case it either hasn't worked and there is nothing, or in case it has worked too much and there's too many eggs.....

I hate waiting...wish it was today at 4!!

blood test through my cycle showed about my progestogen. im at the dr tonight. keep being sick. feel sick and dizzy. low stomach pains too feel so low

awww ridgway I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling low Is all the sickness and pain getting you down, or is it your emotions?

Do you think the illness is caused by the clomid?

Hopefully the doc will give you something to ease the sickness/pain....You poor thing.

You must be ovulating in next few days....i'm sure you don't even feel in the mood to dtd...

dr said I have to go to hospital. she said best thing to do is ring my consultant in the morning and demand a scan and yo speak to someone. she recons ovulation has already taken place. as my cycles are normaly 16 days. we have dtd everyday since last day of clomid. but hubby has now band me and said I need to rest doesnt he realise I have clock tickinh and no matter if a throw up on him he should still dtd...

think evrrythinh is makinh me low. I wasny given much info and got mosy of mine from thesr threads.

I just dont no what scan would show as u can see s foetus untill week 4 can u? and im 1 week if that if I am!!!

my af should arrive for me in 2 days but consultant told me not to test untill day 28 as clomid might make me go further grr.

plus if I do have af I cant take clomid for anothet month I have to miss a month not aloud to take it out of 21 days app

Oh ridgway you're having a terrible time

Are you still in hospital? Why don't you write down all your questions and frustrations on a page and keep it in front of you when you call the consultant so you get them all answered.....

Do they think you're pregnant? Or do they think it's the effects of the clomid?

I'm sure you're ready to punch your hubby......they just don't get it sometimes.

in hospial they have found cits on my right oveary biggest one being 44mm had injrctions. the scan also showed I am ovulating which is good. so I have been given a private room gross!!! There looking at doing the injections from home with a nursr coming to me so I can carry on trying
