I just come across this post whilst researching egg donation treatment following failed IVF. I had enquire with City Fertility and their were very friendly and helpful and I already sign up with them. I read your post Svetlana, stay positive, it is very emotional time and best to keep happy face and positive thoughts. Sometime not clinics fault, they all try to do best for us i think.

hey everyone i can see that there are quite a lot of conflicted feelings about city fertility. I just hope that my view might help someone Flowers

I've recently started my first ivf with city. We saw dr abramov for our fisrt consultation and felt that he understood our needs and took our wishes into consideration. So far i'm very pleased. The staff have been nothing but really helpful and yes sometimes appointments run a bit late, but that's everywhere the same isn't it - I remember waiting for my nhs appts Grin.

i'll keep you posted Smile. Keep your fingers crossed for me

I can't recommend the team at GENNET City Fertility enough and Shaun Rogers the Senior Embryologist/Laboratory Manager was first class. Our experience from start to finish was faultless. At the age of 42 I went through just one cycle of stimulated IVF and ICSI which produced 15 fertilised eggs and then eight blastocysts, two were implanted and we are now very proud parents to one healthy and huge baby boy. GENNET City Fertility continue to store the remaining six blastocysts in case we want to extend our family yet further... we'll see!

All staff were incredibly professional, in touch with the very latest techniques, gave honest recommendations based on our circumstances and were warm and friendly. The clinic is modern and calm, all appointments were on time and we loved its convenient and refreshing non Harley Street location (not to mention INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY - they are the cheapest IVF Clinic in the South of England!).

We only have praise to sing about this clinic, there staff and the successful treatment we received. After a couple of unsuccessful tries with another clinic (including using LWC which I may add felt you was just another number of a conveyor belt) we came across city fertility.
From the offset we had a very positive, encouraging and supportive experience, the staff there are extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring (of which some we remain in contact with) we would highly recommend this clinic based on our personal positive experience.

Just wanted to say I am another one who has had successful treatment at City Fertility.

We thought they were fantastic - kind, considerate and helpful. It was made very clear to us at the outset what was and was not included in the treatment price and that we would have to pay for extras like the drugs.

We'd started at another clinic (CRGH) and stopped because we found them so unpleasant. City Fertility were completely different and I'm really surprised by some of the negative comments on here.

We had 2 IVF cycles at City, the 2nd was successful,we found all the staff friendly from the receptionists to nurses,Doctors and embryologists,I think it is easy to confuse being ignored to being given privacy in an environment where patient stress levels are higher than normal due to the nature of the visit,we certainly feel that we were treated as sensitively as possible, the clinic is easy to get to as just a 5minute walk from Faringdon station,we are from Buckinghamshire so Metropolitan line was an easy option,I would say this clinic was everything we expected of a private clinic and would highly recommend. All the very best.Rob X

I am so confused reading this reviews about City-Fertility!!One of my friend wanted to go for IVF in City-Fertility, they looked to this forum and wasnt sure about it. Then they decided to go to City-Fertility on my recommendation and they were so happy there. So I need to write my experience as well her for others. Me and my wife visited City Fertility in 2018 and after two cycles that ended with miscarriage we were recommended to go for PGS which in the end did explain a lot of things. One further cycle which was successful and we are now proud parents to our bundle of joy! We cannot thank everyone at City Fertility enough for their help throughout the difficult and we are extremely grateful for everything, especially the way we have been treated with such empathy and kindness during our emotionally difficult journey.
