high school admission appeal

Hi all,just briefly,my daughter didn't get any of our 4 school choices despite successfully sitting an entrance exam for one of them and was offered an out of borough school which is seriously under achieving.
I would like to know exactly what medical conditions qualify as priority as my husband does suffer poor health,any advice would be much appreciated,many thanx.

Sorry that your DD didnt get into the school of your choice.

I have to say that your husbands health would have no relevance to an appeal, especially at high school level.
How does your husband's ill-health affect which school DD goes to?
In this LA area a student at high school age is deemed old enough to travel alone to school, so that would not be considered.
