George Osborne disbanding the FSA!

Just been announced on the news.

Twas a pointless organisation anyway.

And three or four new committees and organisations will be any better? How much money is all this moving the deckchairs around going to cost?

No fan of the FSA but will the Bank of England really give a toss about ordinary consumers?

Haven't had a chance to look at the alternative arrangements in detail yet - just have a bee in my personal bonnet about the FSA.
