linky
I am so shocked, he was only 40, was supposed to be playing this weekend and the new album by Killing for Company is out this weekend as well.
Those of you in BBC Wales zone will agree he was a Legend.

I'd be really crass and say it comes in 3's but now it's 4 greats that I've lost lately.
( I know not personally but part of groups that I love.)

The Rev from Avenged Sevenfold just after Christmas. I was/am devestated as they are MY band.
Ronnie James Dio
Paul Gray from Slipknot.

Not a good time for rock/metal.

Ronnie Dio RIP. I was gutted. Friendliest, most unpretentious rockstar there ever was. Wrote the book on Dungeons and Dragons Goblin Metal. Awful loss. Am gonna go listen to "Don't Talk to Strangers" right now.

I met Mr Cable one time and he seemed like a really nice geezer. A sad day indeed.

Am so sad
It came the day after the Stereophonics played a massive gig in Cardiff, I wondered if he was down about it?
such a waste, he did a lot of stuff on BBc Wale and came across as an oridianary guy.
