Disappearing house fire thread?

Did the thread about the house fire where the mother had been arrested for arson get pulled? If so, why?

Apologies if I've missed something, the story seems to still be on the news sites so it's still relevant isn't it?

why would it get pulled? i didnt read it though,so maybe it got nasty?

probally because people were being horrid to the op

Unless it got really unpleasant after the last time I saw it then I've seen much worse on here which haven't been pulled. How strange.

I was the OP and I didn't understand why I caused offence but said that wasn't my intention and that I would bow out of the thread for that reason.

Then it vanished

I am not sure why it was deleted and it wasn't at my request. I did check it a few hours later and most of the replies were constructive though a few of the earlier ones were actually quite horrid which shocked me a bit but hey ho. We can't all agree. I am going to watch the story on the news and may post again once the verdict has been reached.

very odd.

People often make comments about people who have been charged with crimes, and a lot of those are knee-jerk ones made before a verdict has been reached.
